What's supp doc?

My title is obviously not obvious. I'm making supps for the doctor's prescription. The first ever hydrocortisone suppositories that I've made was not too bad. Turned out pretty perfect little bullets which I'm so proud of.

I've made 12 supps today but these three didn't turn out as pretty so I brought them home. Which means the other 9 was even more perfect :) It wasn't simple to deal with. Mixing, weighing, melting, remoulding, drying,  poppin' them out takes time and effort. I was glad I finished them in time and had extra to do another product - Potassium Citrate mixture. Sorry about this post if you are not into medic and don't understand what I'm talking about, it's fine :)

Anyways, one week of uni gone, and now the second week just ended, with millions of to-do-things on the never ending list. I guess I apologize for not blogging but everything is just about my studies and work. 

I'm hopping off to the African market in an hour's time with my another gang of girl friends! Can't wait. Shall buy some fresh food from there and off to Eggless then to Yinto's house for some poker time with da good friends.  (not gambling f.y.i) =D 

Definitely will blog again when I'm free but let's see when. Have a good weekend everyone out there! ❥

Double F.. :(

I want to take back my words from mom where I've said several times before I leave. "I seldom fall sick in Adelaide, so don't you worry mummy!". And true enough, mom says "don't be too sure about that honey" and now here I am. Typing this post in front of my sick bed. 

Double F..Flu and Fever...thanks to you..I eat porridge for dinner recently...
Won't want my mom to know since she can't even do anything from 4000km away other than to worry about me..
Please let me get back my daily life and cast this sickness away from me, I still have lots of things to do...


And of course, luckily on his lucky day I was alright. Having a great birthday with a love one indeed makes the whole day worth. Having another 8 friends around to sing the birthday song is what I have been wishing for. I really hope my 21st birthday would be a blast! *too bad it wouldn't be complete without my family beside me* T^T

Not to mention we can even change the colour of the candle and also

Golden Triangle, Pavilion KL

My best friend and I was having a great time in Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur yesterday. Having to buy lots of great buy. First we went over to have Japanese food in a shop Ichiban Boshi.

- The wonderful ambience -

It was a great place to be where we met up with one old friend in highschool. Talked a lot and laughed till the roof blew off. There's awkward stares around the corner but we didn't give a damn about it. Oh well, once in a while, LOL is good =P

The presentation wasn't too good. Otherwise, sushi tasted ordinary. The price was definitely affordable and reasonable. One plate of simple sushi for RM 2 = AUD 0.50? Why not?!

Chances of me recommending it to another friend : 70% =)

Then we went over for some last minute shopping before I head off back to Adelaide next week. Got to Sephora (a make up store) and got myself super disappointed because Naked Palette by Urban Decay was out of stock temporarily until the end of March. *whyyyy :(*

Got myself another few items from Sephora instead. The Urban Decay Primer Potion for longer lasting eye make up. It had great reviews and I was also very keen to put it on. 

- Urban Decay Favs : Texture is great but was a lil bit pricey -

And another Sephora's own moisturising cream SPF 15

It was described as:

"Sooth, soften and moisturize your skin at least twice a day, as a final step to your skincare regiment. For a double effect of moisturizing and protecting against UV rays, try Flawless Moisturizing Lotion SPF 15. Its fluid, lightweight texture is perfect for combination to oily skin or for warmer weather. It also contains HydroSenn+, an ultra moisturizing vegetal ingredient that is even more effective than hyaluronic acid, for immediate and long lasting moisture. "

Seriously the only thing that truly attracted me was this highlighted sentence. My face gets really dry during summer and gets even worse in winter. I squeezed a bit of the tester and it gave a soothing texture with immediate smoothness. The cream colour is white but slowly turned opaque. However, the downside of it might be a lil be oily and runny if your skin is naturally oily which makes it even harder to absorb truly under the skin even after awhile. But, this one thing is that it gives the face an extra shimmer which highlights your face giving a more natural glow. Will go back to Adelaide and have a go with it. 

Had been really using Neutrogena Oil free Moisturising cream all these while because all I want in a good moisturiser is:

1. Not too oily

2. Gives the right amount of moisture to hydrate the skin

3. Has +/- SPF15 

4. Affordable

5. Dermatologically tested (which is very important) 

You can refer to my older post titled starting all over again.

Not to say that this moisturiser is not good but for me, it does not keep my skin hydrated for a long time and I will need to reapply it every 6 hours. Hopefully the new one is better =)

Also went to this super nice store in Fahrenheit 88 where my best friend and I shopped our feet off. Went into fitting room for more than 10 times with a handful of 5 clothes each time. Got so carried away but only bought a few in the end. Will be posting about them later tonight =) Stay tuned, girls!

Macaron Mania

Haven't been able to blog too much lately about food because now my mom has been busy in the kitchen. Normally I only cook when I get back to Adelaide and I will be going back there again this coming Monday. Just few days ago, I have tried over and over again on several Macaron recipes and finally getting the hang of it. *clap hands*

At first, they turned out quite flat and I understand the reason behind it. :/

The very first attempt.

But, after many times of trials and errors, and some advice from various parties;  

I can f-i-n-a-l-l-y DIM (do it myself).  ;)

Green tea, choc, hazelnut, melon, strawberry, nescafe, original and raspberry!

- The uneven sizes. *Still working on it* ;D -

It has been said that 2012 will be the end. So please do celebrate this special day with your love ones. Never regret that very day you confessed your love to that person. 


For those that are super phaillll boyfriends and girlfriends out there, because I'm feeling kind today, I shall just remind you 14 Feb is the big day. How can you ever forget huh? :/ I bet many people out there have been googling when is valentines day? Have anyone even google when is Father's day and Mother's day? You betta confirm your dates because different country have different dates, don't get me wrong. Australia even have a different father and mother's day so I need to even wish my parents twice! HA! :] Not because I forgot the dates *partly ah ha* but I wanna give them double blessing i.e. double wishing. 


I have been doing something simple, just a small gift to make that someone happy (I hope).

It's on the way long ago because it's not from local.

I'm back people! Not dead yet :3

Sorry that I've not blog since I forgot when. But since its Christmas, I wanted to wish everyone a very merry christmas and a happy new year!
So many things had happened so fast until I really don't know where to start.
In a snapshot, family came to Adelaide, we went to Melbourne, came back to Malaysia, working every weekday and celebrated Christmas parties in few houses and here I am typing this post. *hyperventilating*

A time for giving even more for those that need your care and love.

Shall be going for community work next weekend in Camerons to help out in Orang Asli in 

whatever they do.

Disappointment

See this. It's how I feel. Had been a long time since I feel so uncertain about myself. Just finished Dosage Form Design P2 exam in the noon and came back with this lips. Too, tooo sad, hopefully I can really pass this exam. Seriously. Just too tough. Everyone came out without a word D':

Anyway, 2 down and 1 more to go. Family coming over next week. YEEEPEEE!! Didn't see them for a year already. *drowned in misery* Plus, my last exam is on next Tuesday last paper Pharmacy Practice 2B. Can't wait to finish exam and eat this eggssss!!! <3 Someone wanted to celebrate my birthday with 20 eggs since I'm turning twenty. (Just eggs alone =3=) I said okay, as long as the eggs are prepared this way.

Enjoying and wasting time is a different story

You know how when you waste time and you truly enjoy that time, it is not a waste of time. Happiness is what life is about and by wasting time and having happiness, I have just said, that is what life is about. It's all a cycle. See, I'm now wasting my time writing this and totally ignoring my lectures slides for this short 5 minutes is a great way to bring simple joy, taking a break isn't wasting time, time is wasted if you don't enjoy doing that nothin'. 


But however contradicting it is, time should never be wasted because it is precious. Enjoy every moment and you will never waste time again.
