Shop till you drop

You know why tumblr is so IN these days? Everyone like posting up photos and not typing words. A picture speaks a thousand words? Yes, a thousand words that are not true because everyone interprets them wrongly unlike words.

Anyway, I still stick with blogging because its where my heart really spits out my mind.

Not to mention lately I've been splurging a lot on junk food. Grain waves chips, pringles, scones (is it even counted), chocolate :O (so not me) etcetc.

Thanks to michelle from Melb, she bought me my fav krispy kreme donuts. Half a dozen. OH NO. I'mfatimfatimfatimfatimfat.noyourenot.Yesyouare. Nevermindeat! Ohno. I'mfatimfatimfat! Sorry, I was talking to myself.

I skyped with my sister the other day and she was on a diet while I'm on a food marathon she was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...I was like..the picture..:)

Hmm, oh yea, what was I blogging about again. Ah yes, the title. 

I have been shopping (oh yes) because it's my easter holiday and I am desperate to enjoy.

Not to say I spend too much but just enough to use up all of my working allowance =P of April.

Hmm, these are some stuff that I've got. Beauty products to random s***. =)

1. My 21st Birthday dress. Will wear during my birthday this year. ;) Won't show you the back of the dress now because it's too pretty =D The price is.....*deng deng deng dengggg* 20 bucks. Not too bad because it's a very expensive brand and good material! I'll update you next time when I wear it (on my party post!)

2. I have been finding this kinda bag for so long :O The photo looks like its brown but it's actually peach colour. Got the same one with Charlene during our shopping trip. See the tag says it's 30 bucks but I got it for 5 bucks only! :) What a deal!

3. The tie-up bodycon skirt with the colour I like. Turquoise. It's only 4 bucks! LOL. And branded too. 

Where to get this sort of stuff in Malaysia, RM12 so pretty and good quality?! Noooo way. 

4. The shampoo and conditioner that I've been eyeing on for a year now. Finally, I've got it. They're both from SASA hongkong because they had free shipping and these two cost me around $10 bucks after discount!  I'm talented at cheap offers aye? *You don't say* =p

5. Another lip cream that I bought from the website mainly because it was on the Vivi Mag on January this year and just so that this came across when I was online shopping - SASA so yea, bought this. I would recommend anyone with crack or dry lips and don't really like super oily creams on your lips - try this! :) I forgot how much it cost me thou. 

6. My current french manicure. Did it myself when I was bored yesterday. :) Not too bad. 

It looks oily because I applied this super good product that I've bought lately also.

It will make my nail colour stay and dry in seconds! Just as described on the back of the bottle.

7. Just bought a Hello Kitty Candy found by someone  in the famous Adelaide Sweet Shop.

FYI: I've actually ATE THE BODY! =O

And here comes the scary part.

THE EYE LEFT! I'm sorry, too hungry. Bleh. And sorry that I didn't focus on the eye.

8. And another hello kitty key chain added to my collection. Show you guys my collection when my HK wallpaper arrives in a few days.

Only cost me a few dollars.

10. Last but not least, the most random thing ever. 

A decorating kit. To eat! 

11.  I almost forget this one. I bought it from SASA website also. There have been all good comments on how to make your leg calves thinner. And it really does work. Trust me.

Every night wearing it. Not only its warm and comfy for the cold weather and yet no exercise and you'll have thin legs!

How can my holiday be complete without . . .

SHOPPING?!!
Of course, you must be wondering how can I not shop for the past 3 weeks.
To be honest, this winter holiday I didn't really go like "too" into shopping but more to resting and chilling at home.

=FYI=
This year is where South Australia (where Adelaide is the heart of the city) had their BIGGEST SALE EVER!
Missing half of it somehow due to the mid year exams but nevermind, had done some catching up after that with my girl friends! :)

First of all, bad news!! :( Half of my nail dropped off due to the stupid lecture chair. HAVE U EXPERIENCE THAT PAIN?!! Plus the burn from the previous oven baking post :(((( I have bought this BIO-oil thingy that I'm using right now to make those scars go off, hopefully I can show you the honest results very soon in a month or so.

Second bad news! Uni started today!! :( That is a bad news for everyone right? No more late nights and late mornings wth.. . . .

On to the good news! I've never really actually exhibit much of my fashion sense in my blog so maybe this is the first time I post more about clothings and accesories! Yay!! *clap hands*

Shopping in Australia had been really not that rewarding unless you are born rich with overflowing cash or maybe you are spending over budget. I have been looking at beautiful clothings but have managed to resist temptation since I know I can get much lower price back in Malaysia. Like seriously, RM60 for a thin lousy tank top print? I don't think so, RIGHT? Unless you're like drinking cash in replacement of water. =P

Anyways, enough of talking so these are my really good deals that I bought during this holiday and the rest I spent on food basically. =) I have managed to start a small lil business which is quite easy and earn a little pocket money but anyway, shall only continue with that during holidays. With the little money I've got, I finally go shopping with my girl friends without much guilt and also I think I can reward myself for doing a great job in my mid term semester exam anddd not to mention I didn't go shopping for quite some time as you noticed. So 1st stop,

The Eiffel Tower Inspired Necklace!

Been wanting this so long and guess how much is it?

AUD2.99! Quite cheap right, I know *wink wink wink wink -eye sore*

Black is the new black to match with anything easily.

Have been wanting a black shorts since I've lost my black skirt or maybe placed it at my home in Malaysia.

Guess how much is this? Shall reveal at the end of my post so keep reading!

This is how I would match them. Simple is beautiful, my concept! :)

The top is what I've been eyeing on quite some time now and I saw this at JayJays at a good bargain!

It is a full hand knitted long sleeve blouse with some details at the middle front part. Loves! It's only AUD10 which is RM30. Not that bad for me. I saw many of these top can go up to AUD 70 really! Didn't lie! =O =O O.o

This bag is a gift from a Japanese magazine. But won't tell you how I got them. 

It is a Loewe Tote Bag with A pretty L twist!

Throws everything inside quite conveniently. Hehe. Lazy me. Ya-I-know.

A Black Blazer.

I wonder if you can see clearly but those detail on the top sleeve and also the quality is darn good.

Inside the sleeve has also some pretty petite line details which when you can fold them' up with style.

The price is AUD15. What do you expect. It's already 50% off.
I need them for future working envi and maybe when I need OL wear.

Obviously the picture is not flipped properly but I think it looks nicer this way to the side. Ignore my socks  on the floor but anyway, this is a typical simple electric blue skirt that can fit many pretty pure white blouses. Goes well with a elaborated waist belt and some accesories.

May not wear them in this cold weather but perhaps when it's warmer. AUD 3.9!

Really can't let go of this dress because leopard is so IN nowadays and I'm so in love with them. I don't think I have any leopard print stuff in particular so this might be my first dress in leopard style. 

Got this from dotti (first time) because normally even the sales are super expensive. So happened to pass by and saw this ad (50% further after the saled items) so went in to have a lOOk. 

After much thinking and stuff I got this dress. Ain't it classy? With the black blazer and it'll be perfect for me. Sighs, I wish the burn on my left hand would just disappear.

Now thank you for your patience to read this abnormally longer post (compared to the rest of my posts) because I don't like to waste too much of your time to read my windy long stories normally. HAHA. *not funny* so, the price of my black shorts would be AUD7.9 and the leopard dress is AUD24.

I totally did not keep my promise.

In case you were wondering why my title so _______ =__=. I did promise to blog more during this 2 weeks of holiday but obviously I did not so I will summarize it all up for now because there's another week to go! <3

Remember the list I put up in the previous post. If you didn't read about that, let me slap piak spank you. 

First of all, last friday, after the exam we went to harbour town. =] *I've been waiting for ages to go!!*

1. Harbour town to go see got any sales there or not since Mel has already went 2 times *aisheh*

(happily SLASH OFF NO 1. IN MY TO-DO-LIST) *clap hands*

In case you were wondering what I bought, don't be jealous I bought what I need not what I want okayy =3

I desperately need a bag, despite the black one I just shipped over together with myself not long ago broke so I bought this one to replace it after much searching and I totally fell in <3 with this one as my eyes fixed on it.

The price is reasonable compared to the rest and I saw one almost the same in Target ( a shopping mall near my apartment ) which is super lousy quality and same price! Yikes! =[

This one I bought from Target and not from harbour town not long after. Guess what, this was quite expensive before the discount and finally easter sale and I got this for like AUD 3 buck! Yay me! Yay nail polish ! =)

 So AUD 3 converted to RM 9 I got 4 colours means one only like RM 2ish. What a bargain!!!

See, who says everything in Australia is expensive. Shuddup =P

Saturday, Marketing day!  Bought lotsa food of course, you know I'm not a kind of person that write stuff thattttt detail unless necessary like in situations (exams) -_______-Went back home in the afternoon rest then off to Mamak night in my church. It's a youth event which is somehow interesting! I love this every year as we get to eat Malaysian mamak food (duhh, mamak night right) and roti canai makes me think of JIA! =3

It was canailicious but sadly I cant eat the curry due to my tummyache last minute thingy. ={ Anyway, drinking the teh tarik in the cold wind was comforting. That night suddenly rained so everyone rushed into church because before that was outdoors and there's a wii competition about to take place unfortunately God didn't allow us to do so. Oh well, back to the lucky draw, none of us win but we cheered for the winners (friends' friend won) =]

Sunday, went to PANCAKE house and I finally saw my friend working there. She's from my life group but I somehow forgot her name. *how bad of me* She was from another country not Africa but I forgot where lol. Ignore that part. My gang wanted to eat in ETC cafe at first which was near my apartment again you must be thinking why everything around my apartment. DUhh, it's so central man! =P But ETC full house so we went to pancake house instead but anyway, do you remember? It was part of my to-do-list as well!!

At night, something magical happened. I went to eat in Outback Jacks as planned long time ago and it was what I've been waiting for. Yummy pork RIBS! And we shared so it didn't hurt our pocket that much. THIS IS THE FAMOUS AUSSIE DISH! <3 <3 Super yummie, better try it if you ever come to Australia. There's many branches around.

Monday, how can we not feel guilty to play all day without studying. So, went to library on monday and studied quite a but then stomach called my handphone so I bring it to Sushi in the city to have lunch which I've never been there for ages. Ate the bento set since my stomach said it is empty and my lips took the lead and the rest fell into place after several hours xD

Went back to library after lunch and chill at home the rest of the day.

Tuesday, since I somehow misssplaceeed my mailbox key somehow in my room so I went over to the agent management studentliving  that's how we called it to get another key from them which costs me AUD 4 to duplicate (cheapest in town) another was said to be AUD6 in Chinatown lehh. Then, after that somebody showed off his new handphone and I got all emo about it at first but now I'm used to it already :] Anyway, I wanna get a better phone to show off next year =) Blek =P

Didn't really remember what I did on tuesday much but I guess nothing happened. You know lah, avril where got so good memory wan right=.=0

Wednesday, I went to the long lost MARION largggesttt shopping mall in this state after an hour bus ride. It was somewhat a big disappointment for me. I surveyed all the catalogues of marts in that mall and wrote down everything that I wanted which was on sale but didn't really buy anything from there except a long pweetyy necklace that I've always wanted and a nail polish which was quite cheap so I bought it (colour was sweet!)

It might not look that appealing but once I wear it, I confirm you will thumbs up. =p And every detail on it meant much to me lah.

Of course this, got like super a lot of silvery glitter once you put them on, waseh, you can see my nails from a distance! <3 lots!

Thursday, woah, MOST TIRING DAY SO FAR. Morning went to eat in ETC cafe which was said to have the best brekkie aussie slang (breakfast) by my friend and she strongly recommend us to go so we booked a table of 12. Tested the food, just not bad, but of course, Malaysian yamcha breakfast BAK KUT TEH can beat that 9 9 =9

After breakkie, went to cycling with another 4 friends along the Torrens' river until Henley beach up-and-down the hills which then my butt started to bloom that night and the following day. We stopped by the beautiful beach and continued our journey after the short break due to constriction of time that day. We hired free bikes so needed to return them by 4.30pm or else AUD25 bucks fly away from our pockets. :[

Friday, ahh, studied in libary again. Not to feel bad after all the play. =)

Afternoon went to pizza hut for late lunch and no dinner afterwards. It will be my first and very last time to eat pizza hut here cz IT SUCKS. Totally sucks. Nothing like Malaysian PIZZA HUT. Seriously. Not joking. It was like A BISCUIT WITH PIZZA TOPPINGS. =____= literally. Bite, crunchy. since when a pizza is that crunchy IDK.

At night, I was early 2 hours and he was late 2 hours. Happy happy night. I SAW BRUNO MARS LIVE! Ahh, request me for the video because it's wayy long. But maybe someone already upload them on youtube I think. HE WAS AWESOMEEEEE the voice, entertaining and soothing but unfortunately, only an hour plus of clapping and admiration. Duper short. T^T

 Top (special guests) -boring almost went to sleep la their songs and Bottom (kept me awake the whole night) <3 <3 <3 All four of them and his band! Worth my 4 hour wait in the cold HAH!

Saturday, went to the beach this time but was there for FISH and CHIPS. My fav place to eat that so far. Henley beach again but we went there by bus this time. Everything was smooth going until he fall sick due to the changing weather. Got to rush back and rest for the rest of the day.
Night, my life group girls called me out for slumber party in their place. A few story above my apartment only. All girls were like painting nails, discussing about girly stuff, it was my first time having such experience. But, I didn't sleep over (the rest did), went back to my room about 12ish and slept. I need to wake up the next morning for church. Praise the Lord, I am here, blessed :]

Sunday, went to church and then first time ever, going out to lunch with my life group because normally I don't. =3 *oh my goshh, this post is the longest ever!*
Ok, to make it short and I bet you are tired reading this longggggg post, I went to this wonderful vietnamese restaurant which they love lots.

Vermicelli is the new black. Aussie slang. I loved Vietnamese thin noodles. Delicious to the max! I didn't take any photos of it cause I paiseh. LOL. (not encyclopedia kayys, inside joke =.=0)

Then we 4 girls walked ever so slowly on rundle mall which is near my apartment again =P. Quite boring cause nothing much to buy too exp!! :[ But bought a few earrings cause further reduced after the discount. Eyeing on it sometime until now got sales YAY! hehe..

For your information, it is further reduced to like less than 5 bucks. *pat owns head* I don't normally have time to shop loh until like now. Sigh, hope this holiday never ends.
