Just did a Mocha Choc cake myself just now =)

Due to the boredom as you can see from the previous post, I straight away went into my kitchen and started baking for no apparent reason. And this is my final product. Love it much, tasted so good! <3 Seriously, not like I'm showing off or something ;P

 CHOC CAKE WITH MOCHA TOPPING =) Did everything from scratch without a proper mixing bowl and any beater or mixer. Imagine that! *sore hands* ;D

It was just a few days since my exam finished and holiday officially started today.

Lots of events happened lately and still am feeling exhausted.

So, I will say that my next post will be funny and interesting. I think but you'll need to wait for about 2 weeks because...It will be funny and interesting, I promise. Give you a bit of hint: I will be comparing manyyyy things and pictures of Adelaide/ Australia to Malaysia and life back then. I will tell you my feelings and those silly small differences I discovered. Sounds interesting right? SO WAIT. *cz I'm having mid year exam soon so...catch up later!* 

=) Patience is the key to success. Or is it failure again? LOL. NOW I'M LOST IN THIS BUNCH OF KEYS..mannnn.. =P

I crave + miss Malaysian FOOD!

Living in Australia is not really a bad thing. Seriously, cleaner air, better quality of life but WORSE FOOD. AND EXPENSIVE! I can eat at least 4 plates of GOOD EXPENSIVE FOOD in those great restaurants to have a plate of fried noodles here.

Not only that, we've been trying to imitate / cook Malaysian food each day but still the ambience made whole lot of difference. Those wok clanking sounds...awww....I wonder why it made my char kuey teow much more delicious back then. =(

Later tonight I will be cooking some Stir Fry Teriyaki Fish and some vegetables of course with rice! Last night was very delicious as we had Special Roasted Lamb dish and vegetables YUM! =D Anyways, being independent is boring at times but it trained us to work harder so that we can fulfil our own wish - good dishes, clean clothes, even drinking water comes with responsibility. No more mummy or daddy to remind you to do your stuff, either you do it or noone else cares. =(

Sigh, I bet this post shows how much I miss the food but I will be cooking dinner in about 5 minutes time. Better take the opportunity to eat all you can if you are EVER leaving Malaysia.

In conclusion, I'm so sick of eating FISH AND CHIPS AND BURGERS ALREADY!
Just cant help it.
